6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

- 14+ days before start: Full refund minus processing fees
- 7-13 days before start: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days: No refund, but credit toward future courses may be available
- After course begins: No refund, except in extraordinary circumstances
6.2 Cancellation by ContraGraff
- We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances
- Full refunds will be provided if we cancel a course
- We may offer alternative dates or courses of equal value

6.3 Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for our courses. If you are not completely satisfied, contact us within 14 days of course completion for a full refund, subject to participation requirements.
